Inside your role as a
Operator Hoogeveen
As an Operator, you work at the beginning or end of one of our automated production lines. Your goal is to deliver the best product on the market. You are responsible for producing or packaging snacks—an essential role in the process! Together with your team of production workers, operators, dough makers, and the line supervisor, you create the most delicious snacks.

Some experience in operating machines.
Enthusiasm and a strong willingness to learn; this matters to us even more!
Technical insight to adjust production lines and resolve issues.
Willingness to work in shifts for 3 to 5 days a week.
Experience in the food industry is a plus.
