Inside your role as a
Operator Emmen
As an Operator, you will work at the beginning or end of one of our automated production lines. You will be responsible for producing or packaging a variety of treats. This includes preparing batter according to recipes, adjusting machines, and baking products. You’ll have frequent contact with your colleagues on the line and provide guidance where necessary. A very important role in the process! The team consists of several Operators, Production Workers, and a Line Supervisor. You will work in a two-shift system, meaning you will either start in the morning or the afternoon.
