Production Line Supervisor
Are you naturally organized, highly responsible and energized by complex production processes? Become a Production Line Supervisor in our dynamic bakery in Spakenburg!
What's in it for you
What you'll enjoy doing
Monitoring and executing the production process, identifying and addressing deviations. Working on the production lines and making decisions about task distribution
Leading the team and setting the right example
Setting priorities within the production process and providing guidance to the team
Participating in projects and contributing to improvement programs or new workflows.
Ensuring everyone follows safety, hygiene, and quality standards
Correctly setting up and adjusting the production line during product changes
Supervising the correct use of machines, including maintenance and troubleshooting. You’ll involve the Technical Service team for complex issues
Ensuring the availability of all materials, ingredients, and machinery needed to produce the best product
Administrative tasks such as ensuring accurate registration in our systems

Production Line Supervisor
We are excited about our growth as an organization and that’s why we’re looking for a Production Line Supervisor to join our team in Spakenburg. You will be responsible for one of our automated production lines and overseeing the production process on that specific line. Your goal will be to deliver the best product to the market every day in an environment where everyone enjoys working.

You are an approachable and responsible person who keeps an eye on the big picture but also dives into the details when the situation calls for it. In addition to being result- and solution-oriented, you are also social and enjoy building your own team. You are comfortable with rotating shifts (morning, afternoon, and evening), you have no trouble rolling up your sleeves and you use setbacks as fuel for improvement. With your motivation, sense of responsibility and focus on quality, you are the key to success and set an important example for your colleagues on the production line.

At least 1 year of (supervisory) experience as a senior operator or line supervisor in a food company
Knowledge of procedures (materials, safety, hygiene, quality systems, HACCP, etc.).
Willingness to work in three shifts, with rotating start times in the morning, afternoon, or evening.
Excellent communication skills in Dutch
