Inside your role as a
Engineering Internship
De Graaf Bakeries produces thousands of sweet and savory snacks daily for consumers across Europe. We are a major player in the Dutch market with the ambition to expand further into the rest of Europe. With more than 300 employees across four locations in the Netherlands and sales points in Germany, France, and Spain, we’re already well on our way.
As an intern in the Engineering department, you’ll have the opportunity to gain valuable hands-on experience in various areas within engineering. You’ll work alongside the engineering team and the Technical Service team. Depending on your assignment, your tasks may include:
- Conducting research
- Analyzing bottlenecks within processes
- Developing improvement proposals
- Implementing approved improvement proposals in an existing production process
- Actively participating in team meetings and ongoing projects
You’ll be working at our location in Bunschoten-Spakenburg and will be guided by our Lead Engineer & Sustainability.
